Villa Marco provides four 2+1 apartments with pool access, each featuring a bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with a sofa bed, and a balcony with sea view.

Villa Marco has its own parking protected by video surveillance located next to the facility and is free for guests of the apartment. The guest also does not pay the air conditioning fee and tourist taxes.

Rules of the house:

  • We speak: English, Polish, German, Czech
  • The reservation is made by paying a deposit that is 30% of the total amount, and the same should be paid within 24 hours after the announcement of the reservation, while the rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival.

  • Upon arrival, a deposit of 100€ must be paid as a guarantee in case of damage to the contents of the villa.

    • The deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or losses. We understand accidents can happen, so if any damages occur, please inform us immediately so that we can assess the situation and work together to find a solution. We want to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in our villa. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
